Biography
Sylvain Harper's expertise lies mainly in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and process chemistry. He has extensive experience in laboratory and factory synthesis, process improvement and optimization, technology transfer, and cGMP and FDA standards.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harper was an R&D project manager at Delmar Chemical Inc. He supervised pilot plant production of over a dozen new multi-step processes, from the laboratory and pre-industrial testing phase to commercial production. Mr. Harper also supervised a dozen students and led a group in the Research Department.
